Apparently there're numerous nutritious benefits to this vegetable. The beans were soaked for a day, first boiled, skim the foam off the surface of boiling water, then pressured cooked for 6 minutes. Refreshing ponzu flavor was enhanced with lime juice, fig vinegar, lots of fresh thyme and basil.  a pasta lunch, made with what I had in my fridge. Chopped hotdog gave some smoky flavor to the rich cream sauce. Almost like a warm pasta salad. Beautiful day, spent with beautiful people.
Long meadow is a great spot for kids, adults, and pets. made me want to move to Brooklyn badly. |
